Every year in memory of Michael P. Murphy people gather on Memorial Day to attempt The MURPH Challenge which consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 body squats, and finish with another 1 mile run, all in a 20 lb. weight vest or body armor.
